If the purchase was made in store:
You can exchange your products by coming to our store in Qormi and present your original paper or electronic receipt (available on your account), if your purchase is registered on your Decathlon account. You are able to exchange your product/s within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If the purchase was made online:
You can return your products by coming to our store in Qormi and presenting the receipt.
If you decide to return the product via the online procedure, you are kindly requested to contact us via ecommercemalta@decathlon.com and one of our customer service representatives will guide you through the steps to be able to make the exchange.
If the purchase was made in store:
You can return your products by coming to our store in Qormi, present the original paper or electronic receipt (available on your account), if your purchase is registered on your Decathlon account.
How to do? Log in to your Decathlon account, click on "Purchase History", search for your purchase and click on "Invoice”.
If the purchase was made online:

You are able to return your product/s within 30 days of the date of purchase, or in 365 days if your purchase is registered on your Decathlon account.
The return will not be accepted if:
• The product is damaged;
• The product has been used improperly with respect to its use;
• The product is dirty or customized;
• The product has no internal or external label or the information on the label is no longer legible.
• Perishable products such as food and drink, gas canisters and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) due to health and safety reasons.
The above conditions are valid both for returns made online and for returns made in-store.
On the rare occasion you have a product with a manufacturing defect, all Decathlon branded products come with a minimum warranty of 2 years.
If a faulty product is returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, you have the right to a full refund.
If it is beyond 30 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase, we will firstly offer a repair as a solution. If we are unable to repair your product within a reasonable period, we will exchange it. If no equivalent product is available, we will offer a full refund.
