TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
2-in-1 shorts
The Artengo Thermic 2-in-1 shorts are tennis shorts with built-in undershorts; the two parts cannot be detached. This allows you to have a single waistband, to maximise comfort and so the shorts are not overly thick.
WARMTH
The Artengo Thermic 2-in-1 shorts have been specially designed for players who play tennis in cool weather, since the built-in undershorts provide support and warmth.
Our laboratory tests showed that the ideal temperature range for these shorts was between 8°C and 14°C (tests conducted at the Decathlon SportsLab on a thermal mannequin, considering tennis to be an intermittent activity mixing moderate and high levels of intensity).
Perspiration wicking
Humidity can be a source of feelings of cold. This is why the shorts and undershorts both have mesh ventilation zones to promote air circulation and slow the appearance of moisture.
These ventilation zones were placed in strategic areas, at the inner thighs and upper glutes, where sweat begins and is the greatest (sweat tests conducted on tennis players at the Decathlon SportsLab).
