The DST lets you work all muscle groups with bodyweight and functional exercises: arms, legs, back, core, etc.
Depending on your fitness level and goals, you can use it to make exercises easier by supporting your body weight, or harder by adding instability work.

With the new adjustable strap, save time and increase your balance: you can adjust the length of both handles at the same time so they stay symmetrical.
You can hang your DST on a bar or tree branch using the strap, or on a door frame using the red anchor.

Originally, suspension trainers were used by paratroopers when training on military bases. More people later began using them to do functional bodyweight and strength training exercises.

Safe training
To prevent any unpleasant surprises, your Suspension Trainer comes with a small sign to place on the other side of the door. That way, no one will open the door while you're in the middle of an exercise!
