Our supply source is diverse and the eco-design techniques are increasing. Taking a more nature-friendly approach, we use different eco-design techniques depending on the source of our yarn and production site.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CONSUME LESS WATER WITH THIS PRODUCT
Textile dyeing requires a lot of water and also produces waste water from the dye baths. To reduce our environmental impact, we use a mass pigmentation process that involves adding the colour pigments when the yarn itself is produced.

Our commitment to less water consumption through the “Dry Dyed” process
For this dyeing process, little water is used and it is carried out by a pressurised gas machine to set the colour directly on the fabric.

These shorts were tested and approved in June 2020 by a group of female testers during a one-day hike, on a route leading them to the foot of the Arpenaz waterfall in Haute-Savoie.To meet your requirements, Quechua products are tested outdoors in conditions that you come across during your hikes.
