Delivery Days
All home delivery schedules are provided at checkout during your purchase. The delivery dates shown are based on our delivery partners' current schedules. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the departure location of your order.
- From Qormi: Typically up to 5 working days.
- From Italy: Up to 10 working days.
- From European warehouses: Up to 16 days (depending on Click & Collect or Home Delivery).
Delivery Terms and Conditions
General Delivery Terms:
Ground Floor Only: Deliveries are strictly for the Ground Floor. Please inform our personnel or the courier in advance if there are multiple steps leading up to your front door.
- Delivery Timeframe: The courier will attempt delivery within 3 business days from collection (excluding weekends).
- Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 15:00.
- Delivery Attempts: Two attempts. If both fail, you may collect from the courier's depot or pay for a third attempt.
Phone Calls & Notifications:
- Standard Orders (Under 25kg): Couriers are NOT required to call. You will receive an email "Out for Delivery".
- Bulky Orders (Over 25kg): A pre-delivery phone call is guaranteed once processing begins.
Missed Deliveries:
If missed, a "Failed Delivery" note will be left. Do not contact Decathlon support. Please contact the courier directly at [email protected] quoting your reference number.
Order Tracking
All our Home Delivery orders are trackable. You can find your tracking number in your Order History section on our website, where you will be redirected to our Carrier Connect page.
Express Delivery Service (WOLT)
1. Service Availability & Coverage
- Valid Maltese Address Required: Customers must provide a valid Maltese address at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate, as international addresses are not accepted for this service.
- No Delivery to Gozo: Express delivery is strictly limited to residential and business addresses within the main island of Malta. We do not offer express delivery to Gozo, even if the checkout system inadvertently accepts the address.
- Delivery Distance: The service is available for drop-off locations within a maximum straight-line distance of 14 kilometers from our fulfilling store in Qormi.
- Service Disruption: Express delivery is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Deliveries may be temporarily delayed or suspended due to severe weather, technical issues, courier availability, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
2. Pricing & Order Limitations
- Delivery Fees: Express delivery rates range from €4.99 to €13.99, depending entirely on your delivery address and zip code. The exact fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Weight Restrictions: The express delivery option is currently restricted to smaller orders. Only orders weighing up to 2kg in total are eligible for this service.
3. Cut-Off Times & Delivery Schedule
- Daily Cut-Off: Our daily cut-off time for same-day express delivery is 5:00 PM.
- Next-Day Delivery: Any orders placed after 5:00 PM will automatically be scheduled for delivery the following morning.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive access to a tracking interface allowing you to monitor the real-time progress and estimated time of arrival of your courier.
4. Courier Arrival & No-Show Policy
- Recipient Presence & Identity Verification: You or an authorized recipient must be present at the designated delivery address at the estimated drop-off time. Upon delivery, the courier may require you to present a valid ID card or a unique delivery code to verify your identity before handing over the parcel.
- Wait Time: Upon arrival at your address, the courier will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes.
- Contact Attempts: If you are not immediately available, the courier will make two separate attempts to contact you via the phone number provided at checkout.
- Unsuccessful Delivery (No-Show): If the courier cannot reach you after 5 minutes and two phone calls, the delivery will be logged as a "No-Show," and the items will be returned to the store.
No-Show Resolution:
- The original delivery fee is non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
- You may choose to cancel the order entirely (minus the delivery fee), or you can opt to pick up your items directly from our store.
5. Customer Support & Liability
- Active Deliveries: For any queries, tracking issues, or troubleshooting while your delivery is actively in transit, live customer support is managed directly through the delivery partner.
- Damaged Items: Responsibility for the safety of your items sits with the courier from the moment they leave our store until they are successfully handed over to you.
- Post-Delivery Queries: Once a delivery is completed, Decathlon Malta handles all standard customer support requests regarding your products.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Store Returns Only: Items purchased via express delivery cannot be picked up by a courier for return. All returns must be brought back in person to the Decathlon Malta store.
- 365-Day Return Window: In line with our standard return policy, you have up to 365 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items, provided they meet our change-of-mind return criteria.
Frequently Asked Questions
How Can I Change My Delivery Address?
Once your order is placed and picking begins, we cannot amend the address for the first attempt.
Missed Delivery & Address Changes: If you have missed a delivery or need to change address for a second attempt, please contact the courier directly at [email protected].
Why Was My Order Canceled and Refunded?
Ship-from-store orders are picked directly from our store during trading hours and are subject to real-time adjustment. Should this occur, you will be refunded and notified immediately as we cannot provide alternatives via the online portal.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Lead time depends on product availability:
- From Store: Ready to collect within 4 working days.
- From Italian warehouse: Approx. 10 working days.
- From other/European warehouses: Approx. 4 weeks.

Click and Collect Order at Malta
Click & Collect is available at our Qormi and Shoreline stores, free of charge. Select "Click & Collect" at checkout if available.
Timelines:
- If in store: Ready within 24 hours.
- If from Italy: ~7 days.
- If from Europe: 16-20 days.
