How to measure the ORGANIC WHEY PROTEIN
Mix 150 ml of water with 35 g (or 3 heaping tablespoons) of organic whey protein in a shaker with a sieve.
You can increase or decrease the quantity of water as needed.
Shake for 30 seconds and enjoy.
