Purchase any product from our website and we'll have it delivered to your preferred address across Malta and Gozo!

How to make use of our DELIVERY service?

    1. Select any product/s from our website and add them to your cart. Once completed, go to your cart and select 'Proceed to Checkout'.

     2. In the Checkout section, fill in your billing address and select 'Proceed to Delivery Options'.

     3. In the Shipping Method section, select 'Click here for selection of delivery method', followed by 'Connect Couriers'. Once done, select 'Proceed to Payment'.

4. Select the payment method and proceed with your payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

5. Your order will now be prepared by our team! We will send you another email once your order has been shipped.

DELIVERY Information

1. We deliver across Malta and Gozo through Connect Couriers.

2. All orders made before 17:00 will be shipped on the following day, delivery time is a maximum of 4 working days from the day that the order had been placed.

3. Delivery will take place between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays).

4. Delivery of your package will be up to your front door.

5. If on the first attempt, delivery is unsuccessful, our couriers will try to contact you on the phone number that you have provided to set up another delivery appointment. If contact via phone is unsuccessful following the failed first delivery attempt, a letter will be left in your mailbox specifying the instructions to be followed in order to set up a second delivery attempt. Kindly contact the courier via email, as specified.

6. FREE DELIVERY for orders exceeding Eur100. For orders that are less than Eur100, the delivery charge will vary according to the weight of your order. The delivery charge for your order will be shown when selecting 'Connect Couriers' as per Step 3 in the above instructions.

Delivery charges by order weight:

Less than 20.9kg - Eur4

Between 21kg and 50.9kg - Eur10

More than 51kg - Eur20

7. If you would like to return any of the items purchased, you are entitled to one FREE PICK-UP by our courier from your selected address within 30 days of purchase.
