What's the benefit of working with kettlebells?
The kettlebell develops strength, endurance and cardio capacity. It also improves balance, stability and coordination. If your objective is slimming rather than weight gain, the kettlebell promotes excellent energy expenditure. It lets you work different muscle chains at the same time: abdominal muscles, back, shoulder, which burns fat while toning the whole body.
How to add weight
A simple 3-step set-up:
1 Unscrew the butterfly nut and remove the cover
2. Add your discs to the rod (up to a maximum of 24 kg) and fit the disc collar
3. Replace the cover and nut: you're ready for your session!
Please note that this kettlebell is designed to support a maximum of 24 kg.
What exercises can you do?

Any precautions to take for a safe workout?
For a 100% safe workout, there are two things to remember: always put the disc collar in place and check that the butterfly nut is tight.
It's a simple routine, but essential if you want to workout with complete peace of mind.
