    How to prepare your freeze-dried scrambled eggs with vegetables meal

    Open the sachet and turn back the two ends so they touch each other.
    Then fill with hot water to level 5 (200 ml). Mix with your cutlery, close the zip and wait 9 minutes before reopening the sachet.
