    HCS: HIGH CONICAL STRUCTURE

    We developed the HCS concept by increasing the conicity of the blank by more than 20° at the butt. This makes for an ultra-powerful rod that lets you comfortably battle large fish while maintaining a thin tip for maximum sensitivity, meaning you feel even the slightest bite. With HCS, you get power and sensitivity in one.

    Tips for use

    We recommend using a size 4000 reel with this ILICIUM 500 240 rod with a 16/100 braided line or a 30/100 nylon line.
