    Design details

Why have two sides to the rehabfeet?

Reinvent this pair of balance domes to suit your needs! Enjoy the textured side for an invigorating massage: the nubs stimulate blood flow and relax tired feet. Looking for a real challenge? Turn over your dome to the smooth side for more intensive balance exercises. The extra perk? You can adjust the pressure to suit your goals: minimal to start out with, firmer pressure as you improve.

What does a balance station help work on?

Strengthen your ankles and prevent injury! By creating instability, this balance station activates the deep muscles of your legs. The result: more stable ankles and more secure support for all your movements. Perfect for both physical therapy and prevention, they help guide you to optimal mobility.

How do you inflate the mobility station?

The secret to a good workout? Optimal inflation! If you can feel the ground under your feet, it's time to re-inflate. And to get your station back in good health, it's simple. Just a few strokes of a pump with needle (ref. 8369006) are all you need. One last tip: always test its stability before beginning your exercises for a safe workout.

    What weight can it support?

Each Rehabfeet can support up to 110 kg.
