    To complement your hydration strategy, consume an OVERSTIM.s energy gel regularly, every 45 minutes to 1 hour. OVERSTIM.s energy gels provide concentrated energy, vitamins and essential minerals (magnesium, sodium, etc.) in a compact volume, ideal for sustaining your performance during physical activity. The liquid texture of the OVERSTIM.s gels makes them enjoyable to consume on the go, even during intense efforts when eating solid food can be challenging.

    How and when to consume maltodextrin?

    MALTO ANTIOXIDANT helps increase energy reserves (glycogen) to enhance stamina and endurance for long-duration efforts (e.g. marathons, trail runs, triathlons, or cycling events).
    The day before a sporting event, drink 150g of MALTO ANTIOXIDANT (6 sticks) diluted in 1.5L of water throughout the day to prepare your body.
