Why choose this compact wall-mounted pull-up bar?
Want to set up your own home gym without sacrificing space? This bar is just what you need! This robust and stable wall-mounted pull-up bar gives you three grip options (wide, tight and hammer) so you can do several pull-up variations to target different muscles (biceps, shoulders, back). Its best feature? It folds down to free up space when you're done exercising.
What does the pack contain?
This pack includes the pull-up bar, which can be installed in just 10 minutes.
Please note: the screws and anchors are not included, because they depend on the type of wall where you plan to mount the bar (concrete, plasterboard, brick, etc.). We recommend going to a hardware store with your bar to choose the appropriate options. You'll need 4 screws (M10 diameter).
Are there any installation restrictions?
For your safety, always install the bar on a solid load-bearing wall. Do not install on partition walls or plasterboard panels without supporting anchors.
How much weight can this pull-up bar hold?
This bar can hold up to 130 kg.
