    How to attach the tightening buckles to a lamp headband?

    Slide the buckles onto either side of the strap, making sure to pass one side under the central bar of the buckle and the other over the central bar.
    The slot allows you to easily secure the end of the strap.
    And there you have it, your lamp is ready for new adventures.
