    How do I use an higher speed tether?

    The swim tether consists of a belt and an adjustable loop that attaches to a fixed object. The elastic part can be stretched up to 25 metres. The belt has a buckle with a dual-locking device.

    The tether can also be hooked onto the edge of the pool. In this configuration, ensure that the hook is closed before you start swimming. It can also be used by being pulled manually by a coach, which will generate higher speed.
