    What's the best way to use your speed skipping rope?

    To extend the life of your skipping rope, we recommend that you use it mainly indoors and avoid tarmac outdoor surfaces as much as possible. If not, you can add the plastic sheath to protect the rope itself.

    Alternatively, you can use it on rubber tiles (Part no. : 8651539). This will extend the rope's life.

    How do you store your skipping rope?

    Storing your skipping rope couldn't be easier: roll it up without twisting it and slip it into one of the pockets of your Gym Bag (Part no: 8596007).

    Perform 3 to 5 sets:
    - 50 double jumps with skipping rope
    - 20 box step up
    - 50 double jumps with skipping rope
    - 20 burpees

    Depending on your level, add recovery periods between each set. Increase the number of repetitions as you go along.

    To add a challenge to your circuit, you can add a run between each round.
