    How should you consume your BCSAAs?

    1 serving per day to be diluted in 500ml of water, hour before and/or during exercise.

    To enhance the flavour, you can adjust the amount of liquid you mix with the powder.A difference of 50 ml, for instance, noticeably affects the taste and texture.
