    - Beginner: 20 seconds exercise, 40 seconds recovery
    - Intermediate: 30 seconds exercise, 30 seconds recovery
    - Experienced: 40 seconds exercise, 20 seconds recovery
    After completing exercise 1, continue with the second exercise after recovering, and so on.
