    Design details

Is a floor mat really necessary for fitness?

When it comes to fitness, a floor mat is really useful. Many exercises are done on the ground and using a mat means you can work out in complete safety and look after your joints as well as your whole body. A mat also insulates you from cold floors and absorbs perspiration during intense exercise.
The 900 Fitness mat has a thickness of 10 mm for optimum protection and extra comfort while you work out.

Can you use the Fitness 900 mat when wearing shoes?

Planks, squats, mountain climbers, jumps, etc. Doing fitness puts your mats to the test. It has to be said that shoes aren't exactly kind to them. So we've added a protective film to the top of your mat, to make sure it's not afraid of your trainers. Now you can exercise as you like, your fitness mat will withstand all your movements.

What makes the Fitness mat so grippy?

This is what you worry about when you use your floor mat during your fitness sessions: slipping during a movement. Don't worry, our fitness mat is ultra-slip-resistant.
A film under the mat prevents the mat from slipping on the floor, so you can work out in complete safety.
What's more, a polyurethane film applied to the top of the mat ensures extreme grip. Even with sweaty hands, you can go through the motions without slipping.

What activities can you do with the Fitness Mat 900?

Although our mat has been designed for fitness, it can also be used for a wide range of other activities in the gym or at home, such as yoga, Pilates, stretching and weight training.
