    These heel lifts are compatible with the following snowshoes:

    How to change the heel lift yourself?


    1. Lay the snowshoe flat
    2. Remove the bars: lock the nut (8 mm wrench) + unscrew (4 mm Allen key)
    3. Check/position the 2 indexing springs
    4. Insert the new heel lift at an angle, replace the springs if necessary
    5. Insert the 2 bars until they stop
    6. Install and tighten the nylstop nuts
    7. Test: the heel lift should have a point of resistance when rotating.

    We recommend that you check that the part is compatible with your equipment by asking a professional.
