How should you dress for yoga?

Whatever kind of yoga you do, it is essential to feel comfortable such as with a turn-down waistband for greater comfort. Supple, soft and breathable clothing is therefore perfect. Designed for relaxing, suitable for beginners and experienced users. The drawstring at the bottom of the leg keeps the heat in for meditation.

What outfit to wear for each type of yoga?

Hatha and vinyasa are gentle types of yoga that use mindful stretching to help the body relax. More dynamic yoga, such as Ashtanga, requires an outfit with optimum elasticity: good long yoga capri pants should support the abdominal muscles, while allowing you to lie flat on your back without discomfort. With their anatomical flexibility and high waistband, they're even suitable for pregnant women.
