    What size should I choose for these cross-country ski tights?

    The fit of the 100 tights is very snug. If you’re looking for a second skin effect (skin-tight), choose your usual size.
    If you are looking for a looser fit, choose one size up from your usual size.

    How to stay warm and dry during my cross-country skiing outings?

    We recommend the 3-layer technique.
    - A technical base layer to wick away moisture and keep the skin dry.
    - A long-sleeved top or fleece to provide warmth and wick away moisture.
    - A jacket or over-trousers to protect against the elements: wind, snow and cold.

    Adjust the number of layers to the intensity of your physical activity and the weather. Choose breathable clothing.
