This is the hardest-wearing jacket in our range.
When you’re tracking through dense, overgrown vegetation consisting of brambles, blackthorn or gorse, you need to be protected: being able to keep up with the dogs and make your way through this type of biotope is essential. That is why our teams tested 40 fabrics for this jacket before selecting the best ones. The result is a level of protection against wild vegetation that we’ve rarely achieved at Solognac.
A co-designed model
A total of 170 co-creators worked together to create this jacket. It is the result of 36 months of rigorous development. To ensure this model met the demands of the field, our team of test trackers put the prototypes through their paces for 2,338 hours. In figures, the outfit (Supertrack 1200 jacket + Supertrack 1200 trousers) represents 6 different designs, 13 prototypes and over 100 laboratory tests. A true testament to reliability, designed by and for trackers!
Targeted reinforcements to tackle dense vegetation
Right from the start, our designers and pattern makers wanted the scratch and abrasion resistance of this jacket to be visually apparent. This is why the areas most exposed to overgrown vegetation (the lower parts of the garment and the sleeves) feature sturdy reinforcement made from rigid fabric. Acting as a protective "shell", this technical fabric causes the bramble thorn to slide and bounce off the fabric rather than allowing it to pierce the material.
Modular sleeves and top section
This jacket is a real game-changer for hunting, as it helps to extend the life of your kit! If the removable sleeves and top section become worn out over time, you just need to replace them (spare part available - item number 9054579). No need to throw your jacket away or buy a new one.
Jacket or waistcoat? the choice is yours
The jacket is designed to be converted into a waistcoat by removing the top section and sleeves. Its design ensures it is waterproof when worn as a jacket, allowing you to use the waistcoat at the start of the season for driven hunts in cornfields, for example.
A jacket that can be repaired
From the very outset, this Supertrack 1200 jacket was designed to be repairable in partnership with LES RÉPARABLES, a sewing workshop in France. Additional features of this jacket (part 1/3)
The jacket has a high neck to provide good protection for the back of the neck. The sleeve cuffs can be tightened with press-studs to prevent vegetation from getting inside or snagging on your wrists whilst tracking. There are two lower pockets with compartments for ammunition. There are also two chest pockets specially designed to hold a walkie-talkie and a GPS device. A special plastic part allows the antenna to be extended.

The zippers on the lower pockets are watertight: the zipper has teeth coated with a thin layer of polyurethane (PU). Unlike a standard zipper, this fastener is completely waterproof, and raindrops cannot get through even by capillary action.
Additional features of this jacket (part 3/3)
There is a double slider zipper (or 35 cm long two-way zipper) on the sides. It has 2 functions: it helps air circulate more freely when the hunt intensifies and you need to keep up with the dogs; It also features a comfort vent. There is a game bag on the back of the jacket. On the inside of the back, a 3D mesh panel has been incorporated to enhance comfort in this area, which is prone to sweating.
Extra details to bear in mind
Also at the front, a double slider allows you to open the jacket from the top like a standard zipper, but also from the bottom whilst keeping the top closed. This allows for greater freedom of movement: opening the bottom of the jacket helps to free up the hips. You can lift your leg to step over a tree stump or a rock without the jacket fabric restricting your movement.
