    Technical information about this bipod shooting stick

    Weight: 825 g.

    Dimensions:
    -unfolded and with 1 metre between the 2 feet, the hunting stick is 1.55 m high (from the ground to the surface of the ’head’ which holds the rifle barrel)
    - folded to its maximum (i.e. with the 2 telescopic sections retracted), it is 80 cm long.

    Height adjustments are simple and quick, requiring just a few seconds.

    New bumpers for a silent approach

    Who hasn’t regretted closing their shooting stick too suddenly when approaching a roe deer? Forget all that! On this model, the 3 bumpers, the rubber elements that act as absorption pads, have been designed by our teams to find the right balance between silence and durability. They are located on each strand to avoid any possible impact between them. No more unwanted noise!

    TPR, a major asset for this shooting stick

    The bumpers on this two-legged shooting stick are now made from thermoplastic rubber (TPR). Thanks to its elasticity and soft, shock-absorbing nature, TPR disperses energy on impact. Discretion guaranteed! Now you just have to keep yourself silent.

    A word about the handle

    When you’re in shooting position, with the rifle resting on your head in the V-shape of the shooting stick, but the animal slips out of sight, you sometimes need to move quickly to avoid losing sight of it. The handle is there to help support the whole thing, so you can stay focused on the action. You won’t miss the decisive moment! It can also help to stabilise you if you need it. You are free to choose whether or not to use it with your other hand (the one not holding the weapon).

    Adjusting the rotating head

    The rotating head can be tightened as required to adjust the stiffness of the rotation. Simply remove the plastic cap and tighten or loosen the screw to obtain the desired effect. Similarly, the stiffness of the leg spacing can be increased or decreased to suit your preference using the screw on the rotation shaft.

    Bonus info

    On our previous model, some of you complained that the absorbent pads deteriorated (cracked) over time. Particularly those at the bottom if they come into contact with aggressive low vegetation when walking. That’s all history now, because the new bumpers are more resistant to tearing (especially when you’re going through brambles at ground level) and quieter. As for the feet, they’re thicker too!
