    Design details

Why do you need a yoga mat?

To practise yoga safely, it's important to choose the right mat! Unlike classic fitness mats, this one was especially designed for yoga: the grip and thickness will keep you safe even in the most demanding poses. Confidently hold all your balance poses and stay focused on your practice. An essential investment for comfort and progress!

Which types of yoga is this mat thickness good for?

This mat is the perfect thickness for gentle yoga (hatha, restorative, prenatal, yoga nidra). For this type of practice, mats between 5 mm and 8 mm thick give you the comfort you need for your cervical spine and joints during slow sequences. For a more dynamic style of yoga, such as vinyasa or Ashtanga, you should choose a thinner mat to give you more stability in balance poses.

Why are there lines on the yoga mat?

The alignment lines on your mat will guide your practice! These lines help you get into the proper position in each pose. The result: you avoid bad posture, a potential source of pain and injury. They're great for beginners and can help you focus on your breathing and progress.

A mat for yoga on the go

Designed to go everywhere you go, this yoga mat weighs just 600 g and has a practical built-in strap. You can practise anywhere, anytime.

    Mat care

Keep your mat in tip-top shape! After every session, freshen it up with our essential oil spray (item code: : 8757266). For a deeper clean, wipe it down with warm, soapy water. Be sure to leave the mat to air dry before rolling it up again.

    What are the mat's dimensions?

This mat is 180 cm long, 58 cm wide and 5 mm thick.
