    Its specific bra-like shape, tight fit, stretch components and two elasticated tightening straps provide optimal support even at high intensity.

    How to manage your hydration with the Proteam 5

    The two front pockets are designed to hold two 500 ml soft water bottles which you can drink from without taking them out of their pocket. You can also add a third 500 ml flask to the zipped rear compartment.

    Keep your gear organised with the 12 pockets provided.

    The gilet has 12 pockets for carrying and organising your kit.At the front:
    - 2 pockets for 500 ml flasks (not included)
    - 2 zipped pockets (one of which contains a 110 dB Emergency whistle)
    - 2 nutrition pockets.On each side:- 1 pocket for small items (arm warmers, gloves, hat and/or rubbish).The one on the left has an extra pocket with a hook for your keys
    At the back:- 1 top pocket
    - 1 zipped pocket at the bottom
    - 1 mesh pocket.

    How to measure your chest circumference:
    Stand normally without arching your chest.
    Pass the tape measure under your armpits, then over the upper part of your pectoral muscles, where your chest is at its widest.Be careful not to let the tape measure fall down your back.Please note: Don't wear thick clothing when measuring
