    Why use push-up grips?

These grips will completely change how you do press-ups. They are more comfortable for sensitive wrists and keep you from having to put your hands directly on the floor. They make exercise movements safer for fitness beginners to reduce their risk of injury. For more experienced fitness users, they raise your position to increase the range of movement: work your chest and triceps even harder! Recommendation:increase the difficulty gradually for safe, effective training.

What makes these push-up grips better than others?

Three secrets that will make all the difference to your workout:
    - The ergonomic shape was specially designed for optimal comfort during press-ups and dips.
    - The grippy surface gives you excellent stability: they won't slip, so you can stay focused on your chest and triceps exercises.
    - And the icing on the cake: they're stackable for compact storage at home.
Comfortable, stable and practical: everything you need to build strength gradually.

How much weight can these grips hold?

These grips can hold up to 110 kg, distributed between both grips.
They're sturdy to give you the stability and durability you need for daily workouts.

What are the dimensions of the push-up grips?

Each grip measures: - Length: 19 cm
    - Width: 11 cm
    - Height: 7 cm
