    This bumper plate offers a convenient load solution in a full-size format. Weighing in at 5 kg, it marks the transition from a beginner’s weight to a more challenging resistance level, while retaining the outer diameter of a 20 kg competition plate. Its matt-finish polyethylene construction absorbs the impact of repeated drops, session after session, and its 50 mm Olympic-standard bore fits all professional bars.

They are the same size as a competition plates and have the bar set at 22.5 cm above the ground, which is the official height.
