    At 165 g/m², this is a middle-of-the-road T-shirt.Light enough not to weigh you down during fast sequences, structured enough not to stick to your skin as soon as you break a sweat.Its weight means you forget you're wearing the T-shirt during exercise, while still providing enough support to withstand repeated movements.

    Stretchability suited to extreme ranges of motion

    Cross-training puts your body through its paces in all directions: overhead squats with arms fully extended, thrusters that combine squats and presses, snatches that require complete mobility.
