Any tips on how to use it properly?
Nothing is easier: hold the ring in the palm of your hand and squeeze! Its rounded shape suits all hand shapes. Tips from our coach
Use this ring to warm up before an arm or back workout: One to two sets of around 15 reps are enough to warm up your wrists and elbows and reduce the risk of injury. Do you want to build up your forearms a bit more? Go for a ring with greater resistance!
