    We recommend that you drink one serving (72g) of Näak Ultra Energy™ drink mix diluted in 500 to 750ml of water per hour, depending on the intensity of the effort and the weather conditions (heat and humidity).

    Proteins, particularly BCAAs, increase your body's ability to use fats as an energy source.When you consume BCAAs, your body turns them straight into fuel, without drawing from your muscles.This reduces muscle fatigue and decreases the risk of cramps or injuries.

    The Näak drink mix is made with:

    Palatinose™:derived from sugar beet, palatinose replaces oat flour, providing sustained energy release.It promotes better fat oxidation and preserves carbohydrate stores for increased endurance.As a more complex sugar, it is slower to digest and therefore delivers very long-lasting energy.

    Canola protein isolate:Replacing soy and pea proteins, it provides a complete amino acid profile.
