Why are volleyball arm sleeves useful?

Wearing arm sleeves gives you a real advantage: they absorb the impact of the ball on your forearms - no more fear of powerful landings! They cover your passes and defences throughout matches and training sessions.

Don't let a cool gym slow you down!

To stay comfortable as you play, these arm sleeves:
    - act as a thermal barrier against the cold, forming a second skin that protects your arms and lets you play with precision.
    - keep muscles warm: by keeping your muscles at the right temperature, you maintain your efficiency and avoid feeling stiff.

    Choosing the right size sleeve

    Comes in 2 sleeve lengths:
    - Size 1: 34.5 cm
    - Size 2: 37 cm

To choose the size of your arm sleeve, measure the length of your arm between your wrist and the middle of your bicep.Select the size closest to the length measured.

    VNL x Decathlon limited collection

Exclusive to Decathlon and available at all competition venues, these arm sleeves are part of the merchandising collection for the VNL international volleyball competition!
