    Each fruit jelly contains 35 grams of carbohydrates, providing energy to your ambitions.The scientifically recognised glucose/fructose ratio of 1:0.8 maximises the body's assimilation of carbohydrates by up to 120g per hour.

    Formulated for exercise lasting more than 3 hours

    Take fruit jellies with a 1:0.8 ratio for long, intense rides or runs lasting more than 3 hours.Eat a maximum of 1 to 2 per hour, along with water or a sports drink.Adjust the amount of carbohydrates to your nutritional strategy.Always practise ‘gut training’ by testing these gels during your training sessions to get your body used to high carbohydrate absorption.
