    Robust thermal protection designed for layering

    This ‘Warm’ sailing jacket offers superior insulation compared to the lightweight models.
    Designed to be worn as an outer layer over a full-body wetsuit, it blocks the cooling effect caused by wind (the ‘freezing’ effect) and sea spray.It traps body heat thanks to its fleece lining.
    By opting for non-watertight seams on this 500 version, we are enhancing the product’s flexibility to ensure it works best as part of a layer system.

    The choice of non-watertight seams

    Designed to be worn over your neoprene equipment, this jacket focuses on the essentials:effective protection against the wind and sea spray.Our design has opted for seams that are not watertight, as your wetsuit’s neoprene already provides some waterproofing.

    A laminated technical component offering great freedom of movement

    Its technical sophistication is based on a single component:a PU membrane laminated onto fleece.
    This design combines protection and thermal comfort without adding extra layers.Its main strength lies in its high scalability.In sailing, as in kayak, range is essential;this clothing moves freely with your torso and arm movements.
    This flexibility also makes it easier to pull on over your equipment, whilst maintaining a unisex fit.

    Innovative ‘polo neck’ collar:adjustable face protection

    The high ‘polo neck-style’ collar is adjustable and replaces a traditional neck warmer.Wear it low or pull it up to the middle of your face to protect your ears and nose from the cold.To improve comfort when raised, a special component at the front allows air to flow more easily.You maintain effective thermal protection without obstructing the flow of air during the most exposed sections of your sailing or whilst exerting yourself.

    Storage tips

    Rinse with fresh water after use.Dry out of direct sunlight to protect the PU membrane.Store on a hanger in a dry place, taking care not to fold the neoprene parts so as not to leave marks on them.

To ensure its performance, we have tested it with our ambassadors around the world.They have tested it under real-world conditions on a wide variety of vessels:kayak, dinghy, wingfoil, kitesurf and catamaran. Their feedback from the field has enabled us to make adjustments to the collar’s fit and freedom of movement to meet the demands of each activity in cool weather.
