    Why a Cordura® Ripstop fabric on this soft pouch? (part 1 of 2)

    Cordura® fabric is made from polyamide threads. Thanks to a special treatment, they are much stronger and more abrasion resistant than normal polyamide yarns. Strength, abrasion resistance, wear resistance and tear resistance are the main characteristics of Cordura®. That’s why we’ve chosen this material as the main component of this accessory.

    Why a Cordura® Ripstop fabric on this soft pouch? (part 2 of 2)

    Ripstop, on the other hand, is a weaving technique that reinforces a fabric, making it particularly resistant to tearing. What makes it special is that it incorporates thicker, stronger threads at regular intervals, forming a characteristic grid pattern (cross-hatching) that prevents any snags from becoming larger.

    Where to attach this pouch?

    This M sized pouch (18 x 12 x 8 cm) can be attached to:
    - any backpack with MOLLE loops (military/tactical/hiking)
    - Solognac backpacks with X-ACCESS loops
    - the belt of your trousers to keep it close at hand

    How do I attach the pouch to a bag?

    Very easily, by following these 3 steps:
    1/Unclip the press studs and undo the rip tab fasteners
    2/Slide the loops behind the MOLLE fasteners on the bag
    3/Clip the press studs by passing the tabs through the loops

    Developed and suitable for hunting, hiking, bushcraft and wildlife photography, this bag can be used for a wide range of activities.

    A multi-purpose pouch with many uses

    It has 4 storage compartments, so you can organise your equipment however you like. It has many uses:
    -it can hold items to make a small first aid kit
    -it can be used to carry a GoPro-type camera and all its accessories
    -it can be useful for carrying small items of equipment on a hike
    -it can be used on a stalking hunt to carry small items of equipment (headlamp, sharpener, range finder, etc.)

    What precisely is a MOLLE fastener?

    The term MOLLE refers to a fastening system used by the US Army which, in the late 90s, became a standard for attaching equipment (weapons, knives, ammunition magazines, etc.) to backpacks and tactical waistcoats. MOLLE stands for “Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment”. Or, in French, “Équipement modulaire pour transport de petits accessoires légers”.
    Note: many backpacks are fitted with MOLLE buckles.
