    GHOST TRAIL IS ULTRA VERSATILE

    The Brooks Ghost Trail is a great shoe for both road and trail running. It's perfect for runners who run partly on tarmac paths and partly in woodland, for example. It provides good cushioning on roads and excellent grip on uneven surfaces. The ideal trail running shoe for switching from tarmac to the trails!

    ULTRA-COMFORTABLE CUSHIONING

    The Ghost Trail features the DNA LOFT v3 foam by Brooks in the midsole. This foam is incredibly soft and innovative thanks to the nitrogen that is built into the sole, making it adaptable to your running style. The shoe is fitted with a cushioning foam to ensure a smooth heel-to-toe transition.

    UNFAILING GRIP

    For optimum grip during your trail runs, Brooks has developed the TrailTack outsole. This Brooks technology offers excellent traction on uphill and downhill sections. The TrailTack rubber outsole gives you optimum grip on both wet and dry surfaces.

    Great breathability

    The 3D Fit Print technology was used in the design of the upper. This technology gives the shoe added structure in strategic locations and improves its flexibility. This model has an AirMesh upper. This material provides optimum ventilation to keep your feet cool when running and comfortably wraps around your foot.
