Decathlon x ViVi capsule collection (limited edition in collaboration with Victoria Vergara)
On the one hand, longboarding icon Victoria Vergara’s distinctive creative vision. On the other hand, Decathlon’s technical know-how.
Together, they have created an exclusive limited edition, inspired by surfing and designed for performance.
An unexpected and unique capsule collection where technical expertise is harnessed to create a radical look.
A signature collection
At the heart of the new capsule collection, a magnetic duo sets the tone: a hooded top and a skort with clean lines. Made from bonded Econyl®* fabric, the structured drape creates a distinctive silhouette, combining impeccable fit with absolute comfort.
Alongside this core duo, three Brazilian bikinis round off the collection. Designed to flatter the female form, they combine sensuality with precision tailoring. Multi-way pieces offering an infinite variety of styles.
Colour choices
The collection plays on a clash of colours, where the intensity of Neon Fuchsia Pink and Jamaican Green contrast with the understated elegance of Espresso Brown. All brought to life with touches of acid yellow.
Clean lines, a vibrant colour palette and a take on women’s surfwear that breaks away from clichés to offer a more timeless collection.
The spirit of the capsule collection is also brought to life in a surfboard and a selection of essential accessories: a beach towel and umbrella.
A collection built to withstand waves
Victoria shared her creative vision with Decathlon’s design teams, comprising stylists, product managers, pattern makers and engineers, to create a signature collection with a bold character, combining a distinctive style with technical excellence, equally at home on the sand as it is in the line-up.
From the choice of materials to the modular design and range of accessories, every piece has been designed to offer comfort, complete freedom of movement and absolute confidence in the water.
Decathlon’s expertise
True to the brand’s expertise, technical prowess is evident in every detail.
To guarantee this level of performance, the collection underwent Decathlon’s own testing protocol: From the laboratories at the water sports design centre in the Basque Country to sessions in the sea, a panel of 12 female surfers tested and approved each model to ensure that the design stays put during take-off.
Iconic, feminine triangle shape
The Decathlon x ViVi sliding triangle: the iconic summer staple.
Designed to flatter the female figure, this bikini top offers great versatility. Its drawstring allows you to adjust the shape to suit your style, whilst its tie fastenings provide a customised fit. Thanks to the flexibility of its technical components and its uncompromising construction, it embodies the perfect blend of the demands of surfing and Victoria Vergara’s minimalist style.
Water sports swimsuit
Whether you be a surfer or enjoy bathing in the sea, you don’t want to lose your swimsuit! This is why we test all our swimsuits in the waves. Each model is designed for surfing and perfectly suits other water sports: stand up paddle boarding, sailing, kite surfing, bathing, etc.
Comfortable swimsuit
We are working to show women’s bodies with one goal: to make women feel beautiful in our swimwear. The chest is not crushed, the bum is not highlighted and the cleavage is enhanced. Our mission is to ensure that every woman, whatever her body type or size, finds a swimming costume that suits her.
Dry sizing and wet sizing
To ensure a perfect fit in the water, it is important to choose the right size while you are dry because once they are in the water, swimsuits become looser. We therefore recommend you buy the correct size. The swimsuit needs to fit snugly against your body in the fitting room, and you should feel supported. The elastane content in certain components used in the design of our swimsuits softens and relaxes in the water.
Do you want to exchange your swimsuit?
Is the size or style not suitable for you? would you like to exchange it at your Decathlon store? No problem, just be sure not to cut off the label of the swimsuit in case you want to exchange it.
