Choosing the right size scrum cap
For effective protection, the scrum cap should fit the shape of your head without restricting your movements. It mustn't get in the way when you move your head or obstruct your field of vision. The cap laces up at the back and has a chin strap so you can adjust it for a perfect fit.
Choose your scrum cap based on your head size:
XS: 52-53cm
S: 54-55cm
M: 56-57cm
L: 58-59cm
XL: 60-61 cm

Our design team gives you a few tips for maintaining your scrum cap.
To clean your scrum cap, you can air it out and rinse it under running water. However, we do not recommend using a tumble dryer, as this may cause the helmet’s foam padding to lose its shape! It can be machine washed from time to time, but remember to tuck the Velcro fastening away.
