    You should choose your model based on the discipline you do (Savate boxing, Muay Thai, martial arts).

    WHICH SIZE SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?

    You should choose your shin guard based on your height.
    Here is the size chart for ADIDAS guards:
    134 cm - 143 cm: size S
    143 cm - 152 cm: size M
    152 cm - 161 cm: size L
    161 cm - 170 cm: size XL

    Directions for use

    Carefully slip on the shin guard. Do not pull too hard when slipping them on or off.

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    Let dry after use. Hand wash. Do not dry on a radiator.
