This product is compatible with the Decathlon Connect app.
The watch must OBLIGATORILY by synced at least once with the phone before use. That allows you to enter your profile (age, weight, height), to set the time and date, and above all, to update the satellite data to rapidly catch the GPS signal when you start an outdoor activity, while also updating the product all through its lifetime.
It's also a smart watch
Receive notifications from your favourite apps: calls, SMS, email, calendar, social networks.
If you want to switch off, just activate “do not disturb” mode. You will no longer receive notifications and will be free to focus on your work or just have a peaceful night’s sleep.

You can now pick which music you want without having to get out your phone. You can now control the music of your favourite app directly from your watch using the play, pause, previous track and next track functions, and adjust the volume.
Set yourself a walking or running pace
Using the virtual pace setter, you can set yourself a running pace to follow.
As you train, the watch will show you whether you're going at the desired pace (or too fast or too slow).
For instance, if you set a 5km run at 12km/h, in other words 5'00/km, the watch will give out alarms if you stray outside the desired times!

Training mode
In training mode, you can do all the exercises you want to do.
You can set the active time (and rest time, which will be the same) as well as the number of sets to do.
Then, the watch will guide you through, letting you know the end of each set.
