    Each fruit paste contains 35 grams of carbohydrates, providing the energy you need to meet your goals. The scientifically proven glucose/fructose ratio of 1:0.8 maximises carbohydrate absorption by the body, up to 120g per hour.

    Formulated for efforts lasting more than 3 hours

    Take the 1:0.8 fruit gels with you on long, intense runs or rides of more than 3 hours. Consume 1 to 2 gels per hour, in addition to water or a sports drink. Adjust the carbohydrate intake to your nutritional strategy. Always practice "gut training" by testing the use of these gels during your workouts to accustom your body to high carbohydrate absorption.
